In the event you cancel your prepaid monthly service, we shall continue to provide the contracted-for service through the end of the current month for which services have been prepaid. Depending on the terms of our agreement with you, your website may be suspended immediately upon the conclusion of the period for which you have prepaid for website hosting and management services. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of prepaid monthly services.

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval.
